Razmik Kesoyan is the Co-Founder and Director of Ask-Consult LLC. From an early age, Razmik demonstrated exceptional aptitude in mathematics and a meticulous approach to problem-solving, which naturally led him to the field of finance and accounting.

He earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics and has since enriched his expertise through numerous specialized courses and seminars in tax legislation and accounting. Razmik is a certified member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and holds the qualification of a "Qualified Procurement Coordinator." He successfully completed all levels of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA).

Razmik began his professional journey during his student years, working as an assistant to a deputy at the National Assembly of Armenia, where he gained valuable experience in document management and public administration. He then advanced quickly through various accounting roles in prominent Armenian companies, eventually becoming Chief Accountant in organizations such as Yerevan Brandy-Wine-Vodka Combine, Magas Invest CJSC, Green Zone LLC, Berry World LLC, and others. He also served as Assistant Auditor at London Business Group, a British-Armenian auditing and consulting firm.

He is the founder of the “Orenki Tun” platform, which provided accessible legal and tax resources to accountants, and served as a lecturer in its educational seminars. Driven by his continuous pursuit of innovation, Razmik has integrated IT skills into his accounting practice, completing courses in SQL and Power BI and implementing automation solutions for client financial systems.

In his free time, Razmik enjoys exploring his passion for automobiles and technology. His dedication, strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of tax law have made him a trusted advisor to businesses navigating complex financial and legislative challenges.

Anna Abramova is a seasoned legal professional, Co-Founder, and Head of the Legal Department at ASK-Consult LLC. She holds a Bachelor's (2016), Master's (2018), and PhD (2023) in Law from the Russian-Armenian University.

Throughout her career, Anna has gained substantial legal experience in prominent law firms and companies, including serving as an associate at Legelata and corporate counsel at multiple private firms. She is recognized for her deep expertise in corporate and business law and her ability to provide clear and effective legal solutions to complex commercial issues.

Anna specializes in:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, with in-depth risk assessment

• Complex commercial transactions and M&A

• Labor law, tax law, and intellectual property

She regularly consults clients on high-stakes legal matters, particularly in tax law, civil law, and all areas intersecting with business, commercial, and corporate regulation.

Anna is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, and is known for her accuracy, professionalism, and dedication to client service.

Tigran joined the Ask-Consult team in March 2021 as a legal counsel. He provides comprehensive legal support for projects of varying complexity and scale. While he has significant experience in the fields of energy and construction, his legal practice extends far beyond these areas.

Tigran holds both a Bachelor's and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Public International Law and European Law from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.

Throughout his academic journey, Tigran has actively participated in numerous legal conferences, roundtables, exchange programs, and professional development courses both in Armenia and internationally — as a participant and organizer. These experiences have expanded his legal perspective, strengthened his expertise, and helped build valuable professional networks.

Tigran is known for his strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail. Colleagues appreciate his professionalism, reliability, and thoughtful approach to both teamwork and client communication.

Before beginning his legal career, Tigran served in the Armed Forces of Armenia and took part in the 44-day Artsakh War, contributing to the defense of his Homeland — an experience that shaped his resilience and deep sense of duty.

Anna joined the Ask-Consult team in June 2022 as a legal associate. With a solid academic background and a high level of motivation, she plays an active role in supporting the firm’s legal projects.

She is a graduate of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Civil Law. During her studies, she consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a strong commitment to professional growth.

Anna has developed expertise in corporate and administrative law. She has taken part in various legal competitions and professional development events, including the “Crystal Themis” competition, and has attended autumn and summer schools focused on administrative law.

Through her participation in the Erasmus+ international education program, Anna further expanded her legal knowledge and gained valuable insight into legal processes in a global context.

She is fluent in Armenian, Russian, English, and Turkish. Anna is known for her strong organizational skills, proactive approach to tasks, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Beyond her legal practice, Anna enjoys sports, travel, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Aram Yepremyan has been with Ask-Consult since its foundation, having previously worked with the team on various projects. His strong analytical thinking, precision, and deep commitment to his profession have contributed to his steady professional growth within the company.

Aram has completed multiple courses at B.A.C. Accounting, consistently enhancing his practical skills and expanding his professional knowledge in accounting and finance. He brings positivity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team — qualities that make him a valuable colleague.

In his free time, Aram enjoys playing table tennis, maintaining both focus and balance outside of work. We are confident that Aram has a bright future ahead at Ask-Consult.

 Svetlana Chakhmakhchyan joined the Ask-Consult team in early 2022 as a Junior Associate and has since grown into the role of Lawyer within the company. Svetlana is a graduate of the Russian-Armenian University, where she completed both her Bachelor's degree in Law and an LL.M. in International Public Law and European Law. 

Svetlana has been actively involved in international legal education and competitions, serving as a participant, coach and organizer in prestigious events such as the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the Nuremberg Moot Court Competition and the Network East-West Exchange Program with Humboldt University. In 2024, she also contributed as a judge in both the written and oral rounds of the Jessup Competition, including the national rounds held in Russia.

At Ask-Consult, Svetlana actively engages in research-based legal analysis to support contract drafting, regulatory compliance and risk assessment for both local and international clients. Her work often involves examining foreign legal frameworks and practices to provide clients with well-informed, cross-jurisdictional legal solutions.

In addition to her responsibilities at Ask-Consult, Svetlana serves as a Legal Researcher at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, where she contributes to academic and legal research on genocide prevention, international criminal law and human rights. She is also an active member of the Armenian International Law Association (AILA), where she participates in initiatives aimed at advancing the understanding and development of international law in Armenia through research, events and expert discussions.

Milena joined the Ask-Consult team in November 2022 and currently works as a legal advisor.

She obtained her legal education in Russia, graduating from the Faculty of Law at Samara State University. While still a student, she began her professional career as an academic coordinator at the Department of Public and Administrative Law. After graduation, she taught Constitutional Law of the Russian Federation at the same university.

Milena is the author of eight academic publications. Her research interests have included the legal status of foreign nationals, the issue of fictitious marriages in the migration context, and the protection of children from harmful information. She has also served on organizing committees for several international legal conferences.

Upon relocating to Armenia, Milena shifted her focus toward practical legal work. To integrate into the Armenian legal environment, she started working as a notary assistant in the Yerevan notarial district. In 2019, she successfully passed the qualification exam and received a license to participate in notarial actions as a certified interpreter (Armenian–Russian).

Milena continues to provide licensed written and oral translation services to the firm's clients.

In addition to her legal practice, she has a deep interest in psychology, especially child development, enjoys reading both fiction and academic literature, and prefers films based on true stories. Her professional motto is: “If there's a problem — there's a solution.”

Grisha Zaqoyan joined Ask-Consult in November 2022, bringing enthusiasm and a strong drive for professional growth. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Armenian State University of Economics.

To further enhance his practical skills, Grisha completed an intensive five-month course in practical accounting at B.A.C. Accounting, receiving a certificate that demonstrates his dedication to mastering the profession. Prior to joining Ask-Consult, he worked as an accountant at HPN Project, where he gained valuable experience.

Grisha is known for his accuracy, responsibility, and eagerness to expand his expertise in accounting and financial consulting. In his free time, he enjoys watching football and following his favorite teams.

Ani joined the Ask-Consult team at the beginning of 2025 as a Junior Lawyer.

She is currently a third-year student at the Faculty of Law of the Russian-Armenian University. Her main professional interests include corporate law, intellectual property law, and international investment law. Ani successfully combines her studies with legal practice, actively participating in resolving various legal issues.

For professional development, Ani has participated in international competitions and programs. She represented her university at the prestigious Jean-Pictet International Competition on International Humanitarian Law held in Antalya, Turkey. Additionally, Ani took part in the Network East-West academic exchange program organized in cooperation with Humboldt University, fostering international legal dialogue among young professionals from Eastern and Western Europe.

Ani is committed to continuous professional growth, keeping up with legislative changes and deepening her practical knowledge in her specialization.

Alla Aslanyan joined Ask-Consult in October 2022, bringing strong professional experience and dedication to the accounting team. She holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from the Armenian National Agrarian University.

Even during her student years, Alla was already active in the accounting field, holding responsible roles in both the public and private sectors. She worked for many years at "Erebuni Medical Center" CJSC, later as a consultant at the Unified Social Service Employment Center, and also served as a senior specialist at the National Archives of Armenia.

In 2021, aiming to deepen her knowledge and practical skills, Alla completed an advanced three-month accounting course at B.A.C. Accounting.

Alla is known for her meticulous approach, analytical thinking, and strong sense of responsibility. Her attention to detail and disciplined work ethic ensure accurate financial reporting and effective advisory support—contributing to the financial stability and success of our clients.

Irina Gevondyan is a legal associate at Ask-Consult LLC, having joined the team in July 2023 as a junior lawyer. Thanks to her dedication and consistent performance, she now serves in the role of associate, contributing to a range of legal matters with increasing responsibility and autonomy.

Irina holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Russian-Armenian University. Her academic background laid a solid foundation for her practical work in company registration and restructuring, transactional support, commercial contract drafting and review, intellectual property rights, and legal consulting for businesses.

At Ask-Consult, Irina plays an active role in delivering tailored legal solutions to clients across various sectors. She is known for her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and client-oriented approach. Her growing expertise in corporate and commercial law reflects her ambition and commitment to professional excellence.
